<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 96-003 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br /> DISTRICT (PD-b) ON LOT SB, CITY BLOCK 259, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO <br /> ROBERT JOE JOHNS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY <br /> DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); <br /> DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br /> (PD-b) SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED <br /> $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN <br /> CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFNECTIVE DATE OF <br /> FEBRUARY 1, 1996. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Pazis, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD-b) be, and the same is hereby, established on <br /> LOT SB, CITY BLOCK 259, on property belonging to ROBERT JOE JOHNS, so as to include <br /> in such PLANNED DEVELOPIVIENT DISTRICT (PD-b) the hereinafter described property, <br /> which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> NO. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD-b), <br /> be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Hiram Williams Survey No. <br /> 1003 and being Tract 2 as conveyed Larry Walker by deed recorded in Vol. 682, <br /> page 471 of the Deed Records of said County and State; <br /> BEGINNING at an iron in ( fl for corner at the Northeast corner of said <br /> Tract 2; <br /> THENCE South 0 Deg. OS Min. 16 Sec. West a distance of 149.93 feet <br /> to an iron pin (f) for corner at the Southeast corner of said Tract 2; <br /> THENCE North 88 Deg. 09 Min. 48 Sec. West along the North Boundary <br /> line of East Cherry Street a distance of 73.27 feet to an iron pin (s) for corner at <br /> the Southwest corner of said Tract 2; <br /> THENCE North 0 Deg. 12 Min. 55 Sec. East along the East Boundary <br /> line of 26th Northeast a distance of 149.32 feet to an iron pin (s) for corner at the <br /> Northwest corner of said Tract 2; <br /> THENCE South 88 Deg. 38 Min. 12 Sec. East a distance of 72.92 feet <br /> to the place of beginning, located at 2601 East Cherry Street. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the zoning herein granted is conditioned upon the submission of a <br /> Site Plan in accordance with Section 8-302 of Ordinance No. 1710, which after full compliance <br /> with the procedure established in Section 21 of said Ordinance No. 1710, must be approved by <br /> the City Council prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby, <br /> directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of <br /> Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 4. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br /> of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, <br /> and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above enumerated ordinance shall <br /> constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br />
