ORDINANCE NO. 96-034
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NUMBER 96-
028, WHICH AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
ON PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID
ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
OF NLY 1, 1996.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 96-028 of the City of Paris
be amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. The Site Plan, including the drainage plan, for Lots
2, 3 and 4, Block 3, Anita Park Addition, located in the 1700
Block of Hubbard, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on July 1, 1996.
