96-043 ORD AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO 1710 ON LOT 26 CITY BLOCK 83 ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JOE HAYES AND PATRICIA HAYES ORDINANCE NO. 96-043 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(Sr'-3) WITH A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME ON LOT 26, CITY BLOCK 83, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JOE HAYES AND PATRICIA HAYES, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY NORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-N'AMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES ON' THE ONE-r'AMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONN'LICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EN'FECTIVE DATE OF SEPTEMBER 1, 1996. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY ON' PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 26, CITY BLOCK 83, on property belonging to JOE HAYES AND PATRICIA HAYES, so as to include in such ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME, be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey, within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, and being Lot 26, City Block 83, being a part of a lot conveyed to Adaline Rohatsch and others by deed recorded in Book 67, Page 628, Lamar County Deed Records, also being the same property described as FIRST TRACT in deed from Earl R. Parnell, et al, recorded August 23, 1990, Book 173, Page 125, Real Property Records of Lamar County, Texas, and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the SE corner of said lot sold to Rohatsch; THENCE North a distance of 60 feet to a stake; THENCE West a distance of 123 1/2 feet to a stake; THENCE South a distance of 60 feet to a stake; THENCE East a distance of 123 1/2 feet to the place of beginning, being numbered 631 lOth Street N.W. Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby, directed ro change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisioiis of this ordinance. Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above enumerated ordinance shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense. Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective September 1, 1996. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 12th day of August, 1996. Eric S.
