<br /> PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME ON LOT 3, BLOCK 10 OF THE BELMONT
<br /> ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO BETTY BILLS HOUSTON, 50

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:

<br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and
<br /> Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby,
<br /> changed, and that a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH A
<br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILF HOME be, and the same is hereby, established
<br /> on LOT 3, BLOCK 10 OF THE BELMONT ADDITION, on property belonging to
<br /> BETTY BILLS HOUSTON, so as to include in such ONE-FAMILY DWELLING
<br /> DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MOBILE HOME the

<br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris,
<br /> County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Isaiah Davis
<br /> Survey, being Lot 3, Block Ten of the Belmont Addition according to plat
<br /> of such addition of record in Book t, Page 29, Lamar County Plant
<br /> R e c o r d s, a n d b e i n g the same pro perty described in deed from Geral Dee
<br /> Willingham and wife, Annette Marie Willingharn, to John A. Shepllerd
<br /> and wife, Amzie V. Shepherd, dated August 26, 1977, of record in Book
<br /> 594, Page 3$2, Lamar County Deed Records, located in the 1100 block
<br /> of Fairfax Street.
<br /> Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris, be, and he is

<br /> accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br /> Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be
<br /> guilty of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed
<br /> $2,000.00, and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above
<br /> enumerated ordinance shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense.
<br /> Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in contlict herewith are hereby
<br /> expressly repealed.
<br />
<br /> Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective September 1, 1996.
