96-057 ORD AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO 1710 ON LOT 6 CITY BLOCK 326 ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CHARLIE LESTER AND CONNIE LESTER ORDINANCE NO. 96-057 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) - MOBILE HOMES ON LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 326, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CHARLIE LESTER AND CONNIE LESTER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES ON' THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) - MOBILE HOMES SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFr'ECTIVE DATE OF NOVEMBER 1, 1996. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) - MOBILE HOMES, be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 326, on property belonging to CHARLIE LESTER AND CONNIE LESTER, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) - MOBILE HOMES the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a O1VE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) - MOBILE HOMES, be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Frances Morrison Headright Survey, and of a 25-acre tract of land conveyed by E. L. Dohoney to Elbert Minor, about two miles northwest of the City of Paris, described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINIVING at a stake in the NB Line of Minor's 25-acre tract of land above mentioned, at a point 442-16/100 feet west from its NE corner; THENCE south 788 feet, a stake in the SB line of said 25-acre tract; THENCE west 55-27/100 feet, a stake; THENCE north 788 feet, a stake in the NB line of Minor's 25-acre tract of land; THENCE east 55-27/100 feet to the place of beginning, containing one (1) acre of land, and being the same property described in deed to Jack H. Myers dated December 7, 1995, of record in Book 571, page 226, Lamar County Real Property Records, reference being made to all the above mentioned instruments and records for all necessary purposes, and being number 3150 West Campbell. Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby, directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above enumerated ordinance shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense. 5ection 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective November l, 1996.
