ORDINANCE NO. 96-063
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NUMBER 96-
058, WHICH AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID
ORDINANCE; PROVIDING rOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROV[DING NOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
OF DECEMBER 1, 1996.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY ON
PARIS:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 96-058 of the City of Paris
be, and the same is hereby, amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. The site plan, including the drainage plan, for Lot 11-
A, City Block 255-A, being ilumber 2691 East Price Street,
attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved."
5ection 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on December 1, 1996.
