96-064 ORD AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO 1710 ON LOT 42 CITY BLOCK 160 ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO DONNA E KING ORDINANCE NO. 96-064 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 ON THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP ON' SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE N'AMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39 - MOBILE HOME, WITH THE N'URTHER RESTRICTION THAT SIGNLE-WIDE MOBILE HOMES MAY ONLY RECEIVE PERMIT FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED NIVE (5) YEARS, ON LOT 42, CITY BLOCK 160, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO DONNA E. KING, SO A5 TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39 - MOBILE HOME, WITH THE FURTHER RESTRICTION THAT SIGNLE-WIDE MOBILE HOMES MAY ONLY RECEIVE PERMIT N'OR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED FIVE (5) YEARS, SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING 1+'OR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN ENFECTIVE DATE ON JANUARY l, 1997. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoniilg Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a OIVE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC t1SE PERMIT (39 - MOBILE HOME, WITH THE FURTHER RESTRICTION THAT SIGNLE-WIDE MOBILE HOMES MAY ONLY RECEIVE PERMIT FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED FIVE (5) YEARS, be, aiid the same is hereby, established on LOT 42, CITY BLOCK 160, on property belonging to DONNA E. KWG, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRtCT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC i1SE PERMIT (39 - MOBILE HOME, WITH THE FURTHER RESTRICTION THAT SIGNLE-WIDE MOBILE HOMES MAY ONLY RECEIVE PERMIT FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED FIVE (5) YEARS, the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is prese»tly designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39 - MOBILE HOME, WITH THE FURTHER RESTRICTION THAT SIGNLE-WIDE MOBILE HOMES MAY ONLY RECEIVE PERMIT FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED FIVE (5) YEARS, be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, on the East side of 3rd Street SE in City Block 160, being the same property described in deed froin David Dixon Justice et al to William A. Ressler, dated November 30, 1988, recorded in Volume 62, Page 318, Real Property Records, Lamar County, Texas, and more fully described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake in the EB line of 3rd Street S.E. at the NW corner of a lot, 105 feet by 210 feet conveyeci by W. H. P. Anderson and wife to R. D. Logsdon by deed or record in Book 136, Page 463, Lamar County Deed Records; THENCE South with said east boundary line a distance of 52 feet, a stake; THENCE East a distance of 150 feet, a stake; THENCE Nort11 a distance of 52 feet, a stake; THENCE West a distance of 150 feet to the place of beginning, being the same property described in deed from Helen B. Newman Lawrence et al to Dixie Wickersham dated May 24, 1979, of record in Book 622, Page 450, Lamar County Deed Records, AND being number 1039 3rd Street S.E. Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby, directed ro change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisiolis of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accardance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and, upon convictioil, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above enumerated ordinance shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense. Section 4. All ordinances aild parts of ordiiiances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective January 1, 1997. K. aynes, C' y Attorney ORDINANCE NO. 96-063 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NUMBER 96- 058, WHICH AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY ON' PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDING NOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN ENFECTIVE DATE ON' DECEMBER 1, 1996. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Sectioii 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 96-058 of the City of Paris be, and the same is hereby, amended so that such shall read as follows: "Sectio» 2. The site plan, including the drainage plan, for Lot 11- A, City Block 255-A, being number 2691 East Price Street, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved." Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordiiiances in contlict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on December 1, 1996.
