<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 95-024 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DI5TRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BED AND BREAKFAST (51) ON LOT <br /> 7, CITY BLOCK 62, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO KAREN PENTECOST, SO AS <br /> TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO- <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br /> TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BED AND <br /> BREAKFAST (51) SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO <br /> EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES <br /> IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF <br /> AUGUST 1, 1995. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a <br /> TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BED AND <br /> BREAKFAST (51) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 62, on <br /> property belonging to KAREN PENTECOST, so as to include in such TWO-FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BED AND BREAKFAST (51) <br /> the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO- <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said TWO-FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BED AND BREAKFAST (51), <br /> be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br /> TRACT NO. 1 <br /> <br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, being part of Lot 7, City Block 62, also being a part <br /> of the Isaiah Davis Survey, Abstract No. 253, and being more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at an iron pipe set for corner, said point being the point of <br /> intersection of the North Boundary Line of Pine Bluff Street and the West <br /> Boundary Line of 6th Street N.E.; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 97 feet to an iron pipe for a corner; <br /> THENCE North a distance of 140 feet to an iron pipe for a corner; <br /> THENCE East a distance of 97 feet to an iron pipe for a corner, said point <br /> being in the West Boundary Line of 6th Street N.E.; <br /> THENCE with the West Boundary Line of 6th Street, South a distance of 140 feet <br /> to the place of beginning, containing 13,580 square feet of area. <br /> <br /> TRACT NO. 2 <br /> <br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, being part of Lot 7, City Block 62, also being a part <br /> of the Isaiah Davis Survey, Abstract No. 253, and being more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at an iron pipe set for corner, said point being a distance of <br /> 140 feet North of the point of intersection of the North Boundary Line of Pine <br /> Bluff Street and the West Boundary Line of 6th Street N.E.; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 97 feet to an iron pipe for a corner; <br /> THENCE North a distance of 87 feet to an iron pipe for a corner; <br /> THENCE East a distance of 97 feet to an iron pipe for a corner, said point <br /> being in the West Boundary Line of 6th Street N.E.; <br /> THENCE with the West Boundary Line of 6th Street N.E., South a <br /> distance of 87 feet to the place of beginning, containing 8,439 square feet of area. <br />
