95-049 ORD AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO 1710 ON LOT 2B CITY BLOCK 307 ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO GENE RADER AND DOROTHY RADER ORDINANCE NO. 95-049 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND 5PECIFIC USE PERMIT SIGNS AND BILLBOARDS (52) ON LOT 2B, CITY BLOCK 307, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO GENE RADER AND DOROTHY RADER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS 5IG SF ATHE A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); ~SISPECIFC USE BOUNDARIES N~ COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) A BILLBOARDS (52) SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALP O~ NG FOR AN AEFTFEC''IVEDDATECOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND DECEMBER 1, 1995. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT SIGNS AND BILLBOARDS (52) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 2B, CITY BLOCK 307, on property belonging to GENE RADER AND DOROTHY RADER, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT SIGNS AND BILLBOARDS (52) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), andNS ANDnBILLBOARDS COMMERCIAL R and t eD samela e (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT SG hereby, established as follows: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Hiram Williams Survey; BEGINNING at the NE corner of 10 acres of land conveyed by S. E. Long to T. M. Russell on October 29, 1903, by deed of record in Book 108, Page 346, Lamar County Deed Records. THENCE south with the east boundary line of same, a distance of 693 feet, to the southeast corner of same; THENCE west with the south boundary line of same, a distance of 62.8 feet, to a stake; THENCE north, a distance of 693 feet, to the north boundary line of same; THENCE east with the north boundary line of said 10 acres, a distance of 62.8 feet, to the place of beginning and containing 1 acre of land. Being the same property as described in deed from Billy D. Robertson and Harold D. Kirtley to Gene Rader, Albert Roach, and Vergil McFadden, dated September 19, 1978, of record in Book 607, Page 635, Lamar County Deed Records, and being 2671 North Main Street, Paris, Texas Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby, directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shtion of the above enumerated o dina 000 h01 and each and every day's continuance of any vioa constitute and be deemed a separate offense. Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective December 1, 1995.
