<br /> AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
<br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT SIGNS AND
<br /> BILLBOARDS (52) SO ESTABLI5HED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO
<br /> EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING A PROV~ID G FOR AN ORDINANCES

<br /> IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
<br /> DECEMBER 1, 1995.
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br /> Section 1. That the boundaries lleretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
<br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a
<br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT SIGNS AND BILLBOARDS
<br />
<br /> (52) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 29, CITY BLOCK 259, on property
<br /> belonging to IRVIN SIMPSEN AND MARJORY SIMPSEN, so as to include in such
<br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT SIGNS AND BILLBOARDS
<br /> (52) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a
<br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), Tds GNS ANDnBILLBOARDS OMMb R anA~ ~ DI amRIa e
<br /> (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMI
<br /> hereby, established as follows:
<br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Reddin Russell Survey, and
<br /> being a part of a 20.66 acre tract of land conveyed the Paris Land and
<br /> Development Co. by deed recorded in Vol. 347, Page 466, of the Deed Records
<br /> of said County and State.
<br /> BEGINNING at a stake for corner, said point being 245 feet west of the northeast
<br /> corner of said 20.66 acre tract of land, said point for corner also being the northwest
<br /> corner of a tract of land conveyed Louis Hurst by deed recorded in Vol. 451, Page 307,
<br /> of said Deed Records.
<br /> THENCE west along the north boundary line of said 20.66 acre tract of land, a
<br /> distance of 440 feet, to a stake for corner;
<br /> THENCE south, a distance of 307 feet, to a stake for corner at the southwest
<br /> corner of a 3.336 acre tract of land conveyed M. S. Kimbell by deed recorded in Vol.
<br /> 418, Page 174, of said deed records;
<br /> THENCE east, a distance of 427 feet, to a stake far corner;
<br /> THENCE north, a distance of 200 feet, to a stake for corner at the northwest
<br /> corner of Broadway Oil Company lot;
<br /> THENCE east, a distance of 258 feet, to an iron pin for corner in the west
<br /> boundary line of North Main Street, said point being 107 feet south of the northeast
<br /> corner of said 20.66 acre tract of land;
<br /> THENCE north, a distance of 22 feet, to an iron pin for corner;
<br /> THENCE west, a distance of 245 feet, to an iron pin for corner at the southwest
<br /> corner of said Hurst tract of land;
<br /> THENCE north, a distance of 85 feet, to the place of beginning, being number
<br /> 2810 N.E. Loop 286.
<br />
<br /> Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby,
<br /> directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of
<br /> Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
<br /> provisions of this ordinance.
