BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a
NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE (DISTRICT (NS) LIMITED TO A RESTAURANT AND
CATERING SERVICE ONLY TO BE MANAGED AND OWNED BY MARY ANNE
CHALAIRE, AND UPON TERMINATION OF SUCH USE, THIS MATTER IS REFERRED
TO PLANNING & ZONING FOR RECOMMENDATION AND ZONING TO OFFICE
DISTRICT (O) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 8, CITY BLOCK 112, on
property belonging to STEVE FIELD AND SHELLY FIELD, so as to include in such
NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE (DISTRICT (NS) LIMITED TO A RESTAURANT AND
CATERING SERVICE ONLY TO BE MANAGED AND OWNED BY MARY ANNE

the same are hereby, established as follows:
SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, also
being Lot 8, City Block 112, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the east boundary line of 12th Street S.E. and
the north boundary line of East Sherman Street, same being the southwest corner of the
lot conveyed to S. M. Hearon by W. S. Trigg and wife, March 22, 1905, of record in
Book 117, Page 139, Lamar County Deed Records;
THENCE north with the east boundary line of 12th Street S.E., a distance of 108
feet to a stake, same being the northwest corner of the S. M. Hearon lot;
THENCE east with the north boundary line of said Hearon lot, a distance of 178
feet more or less to the northwest corner of a lot conveyed to Howell Copeland and wife
by Sallie Pennington et al by deed of record in Book 307, Page 73, Lamar County Deed
Records;
THENCE south with Copeland's west boundary line, a distance of 108 feet to a
stake, same being Copeland's southwest corner and also a point in the north boundary
line of East Sherman Street;
THENCE west with the north boundary line of said street, a distance of 178 feet
to the place of beginning.
Begin the same property as described in deed from Hany T. Lawler et ux to
Norma Gail Renfro dated November, 1966, of record in Book 449, Page 480, Lamar
County Deed Records, being number 441 12th Street S. E.
Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby,
directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty
of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00,
and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above enumerated ordinance shall
constitute and be deemed a separate offense.
Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
expressly repealed.
Section 5. This ordinance sha11 become effective December 1, 1995.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular session
convened, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 13th day of November,
1995.
