OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIE5 ESTABLI5HED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;o STOWN NORTH ADDO ON, ION PROPERTY
DISTRICT (2~ ON LOT 2, BLOCK l,
BELONGING TO RODGER PRICE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY
FORMERLY DESIGNATED A5 A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (SF-2);
DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DI5TRICT
(2F) SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES O EFFECTOIVE D~ATE OF JANUAR Yl, 1996T
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a
TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT
2, BLOCK 10, TOWN NORTH ADDITION, on property belonging to RODGER PRICE, so
as to include in such TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) the hereinafter described
property, which was formerly and is presently
of a d1TW0-FAMIOLY DWELLING D STRICT
D I S T R I C T ( S F- 2), a n d t h a t t h e b o u n d a r
(2F), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows:
SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 2, Block 10, Town North Addition,
located in the 2900 block of Kessler, Paris, Texas.
Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby,
directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty
of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, hvltion of the bove enume~ateexceed d o dina 000.1001

constitute and be deemed a separate offense.
Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
expressly repealed.
Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective January 1, 1996.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular session
convened, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Paris, Texas, o is the l lth day of December,
