AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NG. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESIABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTI-FAMILY
DWELLINU DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) ON LOT 10, BLOCK 6, LOCUST HILL
ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO BUFORD JORDAN, SO AS TO
INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAN3IL,Y
DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRIC'C N0. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI'TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), be, and the same is
hereby established on LOT 10, BLOCK b, LOCUST' HILL ADDITION, on
property belonging to BUFORD JORDAN, so as to include in such
MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTR:ICT N0. 1(MF-1) the hereinafter
described property, which was formerly and is presently
designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F'), and that the
boundaries of said MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(N1F-1),
be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
being Lot 10, Block 6, Locust Hill Addition, located at
1022 3rd Street S.W.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the. land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the lOth day of January, 1994.
