AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. $3-067, WHICH
AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710, AND SITE PLAN ORDINANCE
NU. 93-026 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING
SECTIGN 2 OF SAID ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A
SITE YLAN; REPEALING ALL ORDiNANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF
JANUARY lU, 1994.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY GOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 83-067 and
Site Plan Ordinance No. 93-026 of the City of Paris be
amended so that such shall i-ead as follows:
"Section 2. The site plan, including the
drainage plan, for part of Lots 18-A and 19, City
Block 249, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is
approved."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shal]_ become effective on
january 10, 1994.
Passed and adopted this lOth day of January, 1994.

I, Darrell Coats, request that the plot plan heretofore
submitted, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A,
be further conditicned and li.mited as follows:

prevent viewing into the neighborhood by the
second-story tenants iti the apartments.
3. No south windows in the two (2) corner units of the
south side, but, instead, solid walls on the second
floor units.
4. The total project shall be brick veneer.
5. A 6' fence along the south property line that is
identical in construction to the existing fence on the
east side, conditioned upon owners' removal of the
existing fencing.

7. Maintenance of the fence shall be the responsibility of
the property owner.
8. A quit claim deed shall be executed on the land behind
the east fence bordering Marcus Roden's and Russell
Gifford's property, subject to lender's approval.
9. No dumpster pick-up before 8:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m.
With the aforesaid limitations, it is requested that
this plot plan be approved.
