<br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
<br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT
<br /> (GR) ON LOTS 1, 2, 3 AND 4, BLOCK 1, LAMAR TERRACE ADDITION, ON
<br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO JACK C. AND SHARON CRABB, SO AS TO INCLUDE
<br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMER THE BOUNDARIES O ITHE GENERAL
<br /> D I S T R I C T N O. 2( S F- 2); A N D D E S GNATING
<br /> RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) SO ESTABLISHED.

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />
<br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
<br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br /> GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) be, and the same is hereby established on LOTS 1, 2,
<br /> 3 AND 4, BLOCK 1, LAMAR TERRACE ADDITION, on property belonging to JACK C.
<br /> AND SHARON CRABB, so as to include in such GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) the
<br /> hereinafter described property, which S r)eranda hatlthe b undar essofnsaid GEN RAL
<br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO 2 (SF
<br /> RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 1, Lamar
<br /> Terrace Addition, located at 2246 L,amar Avenue.
<br />
<br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and
<br />
<br /> he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the
<br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
<br /> accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
<br /> expressly repealed.
<br />
<br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
<br />
<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular session
<br /> convened, in the Municipal Court Room, Police and Courts Building, Paris, Texas, on this the
<br /> llth day of April, 1994.
