AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT
(GR) ON LOTS 1, 2, 3 AND 4, BLOCK 1, LAMAR TERRACE ADDITION, ON
PROPERTY BELONGING TO JACK C. AND SHARON CRABB, SO AS TO INCLUDE
THEREIN TERRITORY FORMER THE BOUNDARIES O ITHE GENERAL
D I S T R I C T N O. 2( S F- 2); A N D D E S GNATING
RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) be, and the same is hereby established on LOTS 1, 2,
3 AND 4, BLOCK 1, LAMAR TERRACE ADDITION, on property belonging to JACK C.
AND SHARON CRABB, so as to include in such GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) the

FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO 2 (SF
RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 1, Lamar
Terrace Addition, located at 2246 L,amar Avenue.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and
he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the
provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular session
convened, in the Municipal Court Room, Police and Courts Building, Paris, Texas, on this the
