AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) ON THE
NORTH 25 FEET OF LOT 4 AND ALL OF LOT 5, BLOCK 5, GIBBON5 BRADEN
ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO DEWEY A. TURPIN, LIMITED FOR

DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT
NO. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a

MOBILE HOME (39) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently
designated as a TWO FAMILY D TNNO DISTRICT

ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRIC
MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
Lamar, and State of Texas, and being the North 25 feet of Lot 4 and all of Lot
5, Block 5, Gibbons Braden Addition, located at 1244 14th Street S.E.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and
he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the
provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance sha11 become effective immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular session
convened, in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 9th day of May, 1994.
