OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES E5TABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTI-FAMILY

DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) ON LOTS 9 AND 11, BLOCK Q, EAST
PROPERTY BELONGING TO RAY BOOKER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN FAM
DWE TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED ABOAU~ARI SIOF THELMULTLING
NO. 3(SF-3); AND DESIGNATING THE
DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARI5:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a

SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lots 9 and 11, Block Q, East Park
Addition, located on the east side of Fitzhugh Avenue a distance of 200 feet south
of Hickory Street.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and
