<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
<br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
<br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C),
<br /> LIMITED TO USE AS A NEW-CAR DEALERSHIP, FOR WHICH A BUILDING
<br /> PERMIT IS ISSUED ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 10, 1996, WITH A FIFTY (50) FOOT
<br /> GREEN BELT AND AN EIGHT (8) FOOT HIGH FENCE ALONG THE NORTH
<br /> BOUNDARY LINE AND 180 FEET ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE,
<br /> BEGINNING AT THE NORTH CORNER AND GOING SOUTH, ON LOT 12, CITY
<br /> BLOCK 315, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO DAVID AND JO MIESCH, SO AS TO
<br /> INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A GENERAL
<br /> RETAIL DISTRICT (GR); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
<br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), LIMITED TO USE AS A NEW-CAR DEALERSHIP,
<br /> FOR WHICH A BUILDING PERMIT IS ISSUED ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 10, 19969
<br /> WITH A FIFTY (50) FOOT GREEN BELT AND AN EIGHT (8) FOOT HIGH FENCE
<br /> ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE AND 180 FEET ALONG THE EAST
<br /> BOUNDARY LINE, BEGINNING AT THE, NORTH CORNER AND GOING SOUTH, SO
<br /> ESTABLISHED.

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:

<br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofiore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
<br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a
<br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), limited to use as a new-car dealership, for which a building
<br /> permit is issued on or before January 10, 1996, with a fifty (50) foot green belt and an eight (8)
<br /> foot high fence along the north boundary line and 180 feet along the east boundary line,
<br /> beginning at the north corner and going south, be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT
<br /> 12, CITY BLOCK 315, on property belonging to DAVID AND JO MIESCH, so as to include
<br /> in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), limited to use as a new-car dealership, far which a
<br /> building permit is issued on or before January 10, 1996, with a fifty (50) foot green belt and an
<br /> eight (8) foot high fence along the north boundary line and 180 feet along the east boundary line,
<br /> beginning at the north corner and going south, the hereinafter described property, which was
<br /> formerly and is presently designated as a GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), and that the
<br /> boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), limited to use as a new-car dealership, for
<br /> which a building permit is issued on or before January 10, 1996, with a fifty (50) foot green belt
<br /> and an eight (8) foot high fence along the north boundary line and 180 feet along the east
<br /> boundary line, beginning at the north corner and going south, be, and the same are hereby,
<br /> established as follows:

<br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 12, City Block 315, in the City of
<br /> Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being more fully described as follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at a point in the Nort11 Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue
<br /> (U.S. Highway 82), said point being the southeast corner of the Miesch tract, Lot
<br /> 12, City Block 315, and also being the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block A of
<br /> Sunrise Estates;
<br /> THENCE South 89 Deg. 31' west along the North Boundary Line of
<br /> Lamar avenue, a distance of 436.43 feet to a point, the southwest corner of said
<br /> Lot 12;
<br /> THENCE North 0 Deg. 39' west, a distance of 5389 feet to t11e northwest
<br /> corner of said Lot 12 and also being the southwest corner of Lot 12, Block A of
<br /> Sunrise Estates;
<br /> THENCE North 88 Deg. 38' east with the most northerly South Boundary
<br /> Line of Sunrise Estates, a distance of 429.29 feet to the northeast corner of said
<br /> Lot 12;
<br /> THENCE southerly with the rnost southerly West Boundary Line of
<br /> Sunrise Estates, a distance of 538.9 feet to the place of beginning, and being
<br /> located on the north side of Lamar Avenue in the 4100 block.
