That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br /> <br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT COM1vIUNIT OTN1T B OCK DEVELOPMENT <br /> MORNINGSIDE,NORTH <br /> same is hereby, established on PART OF L , <br /> ADDITION, on property belonging to DAVID GLASS, so as to include in such PLANNED <br /> DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOa ~Ea a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C~ <br /> property, which was formerly and is presently desig <br /> and that the boundaries of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT (PD-b), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being part of Lot l, Block B, Morningside North <br /> Addition in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being more fully <br /> described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the East Boundary Line of 42nd Street S.E., <br /> said point being the southwest c West orne~of Lotl6~ B oc Coof theiMeadows <br /> Addition, and also being the north <br /> Estates; <br /> THENCE South 88 Deg. 31' east along the North Boundary Line of sai <br /> Lot 6, Block C of the Meadows Estates, a distance of 224.3 feet to a point for <br /> corner; <br /> THENCE North 0 Deg. 28' east a distance of 308.9 feet to a point or <br /> corner; <br /> THENCE North 89 Deg. 36' west, a distance of 344.66 feet to a point in <br /> the East Boundary Line of 42nd Street S.E.; <br /> THENCE southerly with the East Boundary Line of 42nd Street S.E., <br /> approximately 331 feet to the place of beginning, and being located on the east <br /> side of 42nd Street S.E. approximately 250 feet south of Lamar Avenue. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and <br /> he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in <br /> accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br /> expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage. <br />
