BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a

SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
Lamar, and State of Texas, and being part of Lot l, Block B, Morningside North
Addition in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being more fully
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the East Boundary Line of 42nd Street S.E.,

Addition, and also being the north

THENCE South 88 Deg. 31' east along the North Boundary Line of sai
Lot 6, Block C of the Meadows Estates, a distance of 224.3 feet to a point for
corner;
THENCE North 0 Deg. 28' east a distance of 308.9 feet to a point or
corner;
THENCE North 89 Deg. 36' west, a distance of 344.66 feet to a point in
the East Boundary Line of 42nd Street S.E.;
THENCE southerly with the East Boundary Line of 42nd Street S.E.,
approximately 331 feet to the place of beginning, and being located on the east
side of 42nd Street S.E. approximately 250 feet south of Lamar Avenue.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and
he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the
provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular session
convened, in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the llth day of July, 1994.
