<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 94-032 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING TEXAS UTILITIES ELECTRIC COMPANY'S <br /> PROPOSED RIDER ED - ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SERVICE, RATE GC - <br /> GENERAL SERVICE COMPETITIVE PRICING, RATE WPC - WHOLESALE POWER <br /> COMPETITIVE PRICING, AND RIDER ET - ENVDtONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY <br /> SERVICE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR; PROVIDING <br /> CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH SUCH RATE SCHEDULES AND SERVICE <br /> REGULATIONS MAY BE CHANGED, MODIFIED, AMENDED OR WITHDRAWN; <br /> AND FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS <br /> ORDINANCE IS PASSED IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIItED BY LAW. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. On June 6, 1994, Texas Utilities Electric Company filed with the City <br /> Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, a Petition and Statement of Intent proposing to <br /> implement four new tariff schedules: Rider ED - Economic Development Service; Rate GC - <br /> General Service Competition Pricing; Rate WPC - Wholesale Power Competitive Pricing; and <br /> Rider ET - Environmental Technology Service. Said proposed tariffs are each hereby approved <br /> for implementation by Texas Utilities Electric Company within the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Paris until such time as said tariff sclledules may be changed, modified, amended or <br /> withdrawn with the approval of the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The aforesaid tariff schedules herein approved shall be effective from and <br /> after the final passage of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. The filing of said tariff schedules shall constitute notice to the consumers <br /> of electricity, within this municipality, of the availability and application of such tariff schedules. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4. Nothing in this Ordinance contained shall be construed now or hereafter <br /> as limiting or modifying in any manner the right and power of the City Council of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, uilder the law to regulate the rates, operations, and services of Texas <br /> Utilities Electric Company. <br /> <br /> SECTION 5.
