<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 94-034 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) ON PART OF LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 319, ON PROPERTY <br /> BELONCING TO ERIC CLIFFORD, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY <br /> FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A); AND <br /> DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> NO. 2 (SF-2) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a <br /> ONE FAMILY DWELLWG DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) be, and the same is hereby, established <br /> on PART OF LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 319, on property belonging to ERIC CLIFFORD, so as <br /> to include in such ONE FAMILY DWEL,LING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) the hereinafter ~ <br /> described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as an AGRICULTURAL <br /> DISTRICT (A), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. <br /> 2(SF-2), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Wesley Askins Survey, also <br /> being a part of a 26.461 acre tract of land conveyed to Claude D. Sharrock and <br /> wife, Jimmie B. Sharrock, as shown on Warranty Deed recorded in Volume 645, <br /> Page 635, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being described by metes <br /> and bounds as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a 1/2" steel rod found at the northwest corner of said <br /> 26.461 acre tract; <br /> THENCE South 10 Deg. 50'37" east a distance of 311.66 feet to a 1/2" <br /> steel rod at the southwest corner of said 26.461 acre tract; <br /> THENCE North 89 Deg. 11'27" east with the south line of said 26.461 <br /> acre tract a distance of 888.89 feet ta a 1/2" steel rod; <br /> THENCE North 0 Deg. 48'33" west a distance of 290.00 feet to a 1/2" <br /> steel rod; <br /> THENCE South 89 Deg. 11'27" west a distance of 647.83 feet to a 1/2" <br /> steel rod; <br /> THENCE North 0 Deg. 48'3:3" west a distance of 90.00 feet to a 1/2" <br /> steel rod; <br /> THENCE North 29 Deg. 48'26" west a distance of 140.00 feet to a 1/2" <br /> steel rod in the southerly right-of-way line of F.M. 195; <br /> THENCE South 48 Deg. 30'29" west with said southerly line a distance <br /> of 300.00 feet to the Point-Of-Beginning and containing 6.923 acres, and being <br /> located on the south side of F.M. 195 approximately 1500 feet east of North <br /> Collegiate Drive. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and <br /> he is hereby, directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in <br /> accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br /> expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage. <br />
