ORDINANCE NO. 94-034 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) ON PART OF LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 319, ON PROPERTY BELONCING TO ERIC CLIFFORD, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF-2) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLWG DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) be, and the same is hereby, established on PART OF LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 319, on property belonging to ERIC CLIFFORD, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWEL,LING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) the hereinafter ~ described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as an AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Wesley Askins Survey, also being a part of a 26.461 acre tract of land conveyed to Claude D. Sharrock and wife, Jimmie B. Sharrock, as shown on Warranty Deed recorded in Volume 645, Page 635, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a 1/2" steel rod found at the northwest corner of said 26.461 acre tract; THENCE South 10 Deg. 50'37" east a distance of 311.66 feet to a 1/2" steel rod at the southwest corner of said 26.461 acre tract; THENCE North 89 Deg. 11'27" east with the south line of said 26.461 acre tract a distance of 888.89 feet ta a 1/2" steel rod; THENCE North 0 Deg. 48'33" west a distance of 290.00 feet to a 1/2" steel rod; THENCE South 89 Deg. 11'27" west a distance of 647.83 feet to a 1/2" steel rod; THENCE North 0 Deg. 48'3:3" west a distance of 90.00 feet to a 1/2" steel rod; THENCE North 29 Deg. 48'26" west a distance of 140.00 feet to a 1/2" steel rod in the southerly right-of-way line of F.M. 195; THENCE South 48 Deg. 30'29" west with said southerly line a distance of 300.00 feet to the Point-Of-Beginning and containing 6.923 acres, and being located on the south side of F.M. 195 approximately 1500 feet east of North Collegiate Drive. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby, directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
