<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
<br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
<br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C),
<br /> LIMITED TO USE AS A PAWN SHOP, ON LOT 1 AND PART OF LOT 2, BLOCK 2,
<br /> FITZHUGH ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JESSE HALL, SO AS TO
<br /> INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORI' FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A
<br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) AND A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT
<br /> (GR); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
<br /> (C), LIMITED TO USE AS A PAWN SHOP, SO ESTABLISHED.

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />
<br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance
<br /> No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a
<br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), LIMITED TO USE AS A PAWN SHOP, be, and the same
<br /> is hereby, established on LOT 1 AND PART OF LOT 2, BLOCK 2, FITZHUGH ADDITION,
<br /> on property belonging to JESSE HALL, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
<br /> (C), LIMITED TO USE AS A PAWN SHOP, the hereinafter described property, which was
<br /> formerly and is presently designated as a NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) AND
<br /> A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL
<br /> DISTRICT (C), LIMITED TO USE AS A PAWN SHOP, be, and the same are hereby,
<br /> established as follows:

<br /> SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of
<br /> Lamar, and State of Texas, and being all of Lot 1, Block 2, and the north 22 feet
<br /> of the east 108 feet of Lot 2, Block 2 of the Fitzhugh Addition, and being located
<br /> at 1295 Fitzhugh Avenue.
<br />
<br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and
<br /> he is hereby, directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the
<br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
<br /> accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />
<br /> 5ection 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
<br /> expressly repealed.
<br />
<br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
<br />
<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular session
<br /> convened, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 12th day of September,
<br /> 1994.
