AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCES NUMBERS 2254 ANI) 91-
023, WHICH ORDINANCES AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF AN AMENDED SITE PLAN CONDITIONED
UPON THE SUBMISSION OF DETAILED DRAWINGS AND THE OBTAINING OF
REQUIRED PERMITS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF
DECEMBER 12, 1994.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That Section 2 of Ordinances Nos. 2254 and 91-023 of the City of Paris be
amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. The second amended site plan, dated November 29, 1994, including
the drainage plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved conditioned upon the
submission of detailed drawings and the obtaining of required permits. "
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly
repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance sha11 become effective on December 12, 1994.
