ORDINANCE N0. 93-005 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) ON LOTS 6A AND 6B, CITY BLOCK 112-F, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO BENNY LOVELL, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWU FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARILS OF THE MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1 (MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT OKDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), be, and the same is hereby established on LOTS 6A AND 6B, CITY BLOCK 112-F, on property belonging to BENNY LOVELL, so as to include in such MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lots 6A and 6B, City Block 112-F in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the South Boundary Line of E. Hearon Street, said point being West 80 feet from the West Boundary Line of 17th Street S.E., and being the Northeast corner of Lot 6B, City Block 112-F; THENCE South, 178.4 feet to a point, the Southeast corner of said Lot 6B, City Block 112-F; THENCE West, 107 feet to a point, the Southwest corner of Lot 6A, City Block 112-F; THENCE North, 178.4 feet to a point in the South Boundary Line of E. Hearon Street, said point being the Northwest corner of said Lot 6A, City Block 112-F; THENCE East, 107 feet along the South Boundary Line of E. Hearon Street to the point of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Urdinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
