ORDINANCE N0. 93-025 AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEAKINGS BEFORE THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARIS AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND APPROPRIATE ZONING UPON ANNEXATION, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLlC HEARINGS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That public hearings be held by and before the Planning and Zoning commission of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, on the 6th day of July, 1993, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas; by and before the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, in Regular Session convened on the 8th day of July, 1993, at 6:00 o'clock p.m., in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas; and by before the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, in Regular Session convened on the 12th day of July, 1993, at 6:00 o'clock p.m., in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation and appropriate zoning upon annexation of the following described property: BEING all that certain tract or parcel of land situated about 4 miles East of the City of Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, and being a part of the Enoch Crow Survey, Abstract No. 208 and also being a part of the same land conveyed to Roy L. Williamson by G. L. Skidmore by deed of record in Volume 492, Page 53 of the Deed Records of said County and State and being further described as follows: BEGINNING at an "X" in concrete ditch for corner ir► the North Boundary Line of the above mentioned tract of land, the Northeast corner of Lot 4, Block F, Sunrise Estates Addition; THENCE North 891 57' East, a distance of 714.35 feet to an iron pin fnr corner; THENCE South 00 17' East, a distance of 363.01 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE South 85° 40' West, a distance of 419.37 feet to a point for corner in the center of a concrete drainage ditch; THENCE North 290 56' West a distance of 102.20 feet to an "X" in concrete; THENCE North 15° 48' West, a distance of 50.0 feet to an "X" in concrete for corner, said point being in a curve to the right having a radius of 383.10 feet; THENCE with a portion of said curve to the right having a long chord bearing South 730 10' West 13.79 feet an arc distance of 13.79 feet to a concrete monument for corner; ,.t n r, 13 nI a;et-nra nf 917_09
