ORDINANCE N0. 93-028
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LONING ORDINANCE N0. 91-032 WHICH
AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE No. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOK AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JULY 12, 1993.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. of the
City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. The site plan, including the
drainage plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is
approved."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
July 12, 1993.
