<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 93-035 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING <br /> THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE AMENDED BY <br /> REVISING THE TRAFFIC NO-PARKING MAP ADOPTED iN PARAGRAPH (b) OF <br /> SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE; ESTABLISHING NO PARKING AREAS; <br /> PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL <br /> FFEC ~IVEODATEAOFESEPTEMBER Fl,I 1993EREWITH; AND <br /> ORDIIDINGSFOR AN PARTS <br /> PROV <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Traffic No Parking Map adopted in <br /> Paragraph (b) of Section 31-65 of the Code of Ordinances of the <br /> City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the following <br /> No Parking area: <br /> "On the West side of Stillhouse Road starting 371 <br /> feet South of the North City Limit Sign and <br /> extending to the South 63 feet." <br /> Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of <br /> this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon <br /> conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00. <br /> <br /> Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4.
