AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING
THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE AMENDED BY
REVISING THE TRAFFIC NO-PARKING MAP ADOPTED iN PARAGRAPH (b) OF
SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE; ESTABLISHING NO PARKING AREAS;
PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL

ORDIIDINGSFOR AN PARTS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the Traffic No Parking Map adopted in
Paragraph (b) of Section 31-65 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the following
No Parking area:
"On the West side of Stillhouse Road starting 371
feet South of the North City Limit Sign and
extending to the South 63 feet."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon
conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
September l, 1993.
