BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the Traffic Parking Map adopted in
Paragraph (b) of Section 31-65 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include Handicapped
Parking Zones as follows:
"Beginning at a point 78 feet south of the
intersection of the west boundary line of 3rd
Street N.E. ar►d the south boundary line of East
Tudor; thence south a distance of 20 feet with
said west boundary line of 3rd Street N.E."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon convic-
tion shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00.
