AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDAKIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TWO FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT (2F) ON LOT 20, BLOCK A, EASTFIELD ESTATES, ON PROPERTY
BELONGING TO MARJORIE MERCY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY
FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2
(SF-2j; AND DESIGNATING THE BUUNDARIES OF THE TGiO FANIILY DWELLING
DISTRICT (2F) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map and Grdinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a TWO
FAMILY DWELLITdG UISTRICT (ZF) , be, and the same is hereby
established on LOT 20, BLOCK A, EASTFIELD ESTATES, on property
belonging to MAiZJORIE MERCY, so as to include in such TWO FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) the hereinatter described property, which
was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries o{ said TWO FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), be, and the same are hereby established
as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
being Lot 20, Block A, Eastfielci Estates located at
3405 Ridgeview Drive.
Section 2. That the Director oi Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
imuâșediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the 13th day of September, 1993.
