AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 93-036 WHICH
AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE No. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION Z UF SAID ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING FOR THr; APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF SEPTEMBER 13, 1993.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That Sectian 'L of Ordinance No.93-036 of the
City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. The site plan, including the
drainage plan for Lot 14, City Block 311 located
at 3620 Clarksville Street, attached hereto as
Exhibit A, is approved."
Section 2. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict r,erewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
September 13, 1993.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of September, 1993.
