ORDINANCE N0. 93-049
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 91-048 WHICH
AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE No. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF' ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER 11, 1993.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. of the
City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. The site pian, including the
drainage plan, for Lot 7B, City Block 318, located
at 2975 N.E. Loop 286 attached hereto as Exhibit
A, is approved."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
October 11, 1993.
