ORDINANCE N0. 93-051
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 2675 WHICH
AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE No. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING F'OR AN EFFECTIVE DATE GF NOVEMBER 15, 1993.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI'TY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That Section 2 of Ordinance No.2675 of the
City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. The site plan, including the
drainage plan, Lot 18, City Block 18, City Block
296 located at 3365 Lamar Avenue, attached hereto
as Exhibit A, is approved."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
November 15, 1993.
Passed and adopted this 15th day of November, 1993.
