AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TWO FAMILY DWELLING
BISTRICT (2F) SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25) LIMITED
TO ST. JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL & HEALTH CENTER, PARIS, TEXAS, OWNERSHIP
AND USE BY ST. JOSEPH'S EMPLOYEES WHILE ON DUTY AND AEROFIT
CENTER MEMBERS WHILE USING AEROFIT CENTER FACILITIES, ON LOT 2,
BLOCK 3, FELTS, FORT AND VARNER ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING
TO ST. JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL & HEALTH CENTER, PARIS, TEXAS, SO AS TO
INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT (LF); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE
CENTER (25) LINIITED TO ST. JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL & HEALTH CENTER,
PARIS, TEXAS, OWNERSHIP AND USE BY ST. JOSEPH'S EMPLOYEES WHILE
UN DUTY AND AEROFIT CENTER MEMBERS WHILE USING AEKOFIT CENTER
FACILITIES, SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the bcundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a TWO
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE
CENTER (25) LiMITED TO ST. JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL & HEALTH CENTER,
PARIS, TEXAS, OWNERSHIP AND USE BY ST. JOSEPH'S EMPLOYEES WHILE
ON DUTY AND AEROFIT CENTER MEMBERS WHILE USING AEROFIT CENTER
FACILITIES, be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 2,
ELOCK 3, FELTS, FORT AND VARNER ADDITION, on property belonging
to ST. JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL, so as to include in such TWO FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) SPECIFiC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25)
LIMITED TO ST. ~OSEPH'S HOSPITAL & HEALTH CEN'TER, PARIS, TEXAS,
OWNERSHIP AND USE BY ST. JOSEPH'S EMPLOYEES WHILE ON DUTY AND
AEROFIT CENTER MEMBERS WHILE USING AEROFIT CENTER FACILITIES,the
hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is
presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and
that the boundaries of said TW0 FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F)
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25) LIMITED TO ST.
JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL & HEALTH CENTER, PARIS, TEXAS, OWNERSHIP AND
USE BY ST. JOSEPH'S EMPLOYEES WHILE ON DUTY AND AEROFIT CENTER
NiEMBERS WHILE USING AEROFIT CENTER FACILITIES, be, and the same
are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
being Lot 2, Block 3, F'elts, Fort and Varner Addition
located at 359 9th Street S.E.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in acccrdance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of o dinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This o, dinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the 13th day o December, 1993.
