AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHiNG A ONE FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-DAY CARE (25) ON
LOT 7, BLOCK 1, MEADOW PLACE ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO
MARIE RUSHING, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMIL,Y DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND
DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT
N0. 2(SF-2) ANll SPECIFIC USE PERNIIT-DAY CARE (25) SO
ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINEB BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Yaris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-DAY
CARE (25), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 7, BLOCK
l, MEADOW PLACE ADDITION, on property belonging to MARIE RUSHING,
so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2
(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PEKMIT-DAY CARE (25) the hereinafter
described property, which was formerly and is presently
designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and
that the boundaries of said ONE FAMII,Y DWELLiNG vISTRICT N0. 2
(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-DAY CARE (25), be, and the same
are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, ana State of Texas, and
being Lot 7, B1ock 1, Meadow Place Addition located at
945 Jefferson Road.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the 13th day of ,Tanuary, 1992.
