AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY
UF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39)
FOR THE RESIDENCE OF BARBARA HARPER ON LOT 9, BLOCK 9,
GIBBONS-BRADEN ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JOHNNIE HORTON,
SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY BESIGNATED AS A TWO
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF
'I'HE UNE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) FOR THE RESIDENCE OF BARBARA HARPER SO
ESTABLISHEU.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
ONE FAriILY DWELLIrdG DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT
- MOBILE HOME (39) FOR THE RESIDENCE OF BARBARA HARPER, be, and
the same is hereby established on LGT 9, BLOCK 9, GIBBONS-BRADEN
ADDITION, on property belonging to JOHNNIE HORTON, so as to
include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) FOR THE RESIDENCE OF
BARBARA HARPER ttie hereinafter described property, which was
formerly and is presently designated as a TWO F'AMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY
BWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE
HONIE (39) FOR THE RESIDENCE UF BARBARA HARPER, be, and the same
are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
being Lot 9, Block 9, Gibbons-Braden Addition located
at 1222 16th Street S.E.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map af the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. Specific Use Perffiit herein granted expires when
the property is rio longer used as a residence for Barbara Harper,
at which time the zoning upon the above described property shall
be ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3).
Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the 9th day of Nlarch, 1992.
