<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANC:E N0. 92-009 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, <br /> PROVIDING THAT ORDINANCE N0. 90-020 PASSED AND ADOPTED ON THE <br /> 9th DAY OF JULY, 1990, BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE PREAMBLE, <br /> AND SECTION 1 OF SAID ORDINANCE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR <br /> PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MARCH y, 1992. <br /> I3E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the preamble and Section 1 of <br /> Ordinance No. 90-020 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZUNING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> ONE FAr1ILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3), SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT-COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (9), AND ESTABLISHING <br /> MINIMUM BUILDING LINES FOR THE MAIN DWELLING AND OPEN CAR <br /> PORTS ON LOT 9, CITY BLOCK 351, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO <br /> HAYDEN SWAIM, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERL,Y <br /> DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTUKAL DIST'RICT (A) ; and designating <br /> the boundaries of the one family dwelling district no. 3 <br /> (SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (9) <br /> SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, anci the same are hereby changed, and <br /> that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC <br /> USE PERMIT-CONtMUNITY UNIT LIEVELOPMENT (9), be, and the same <br /> is hereby established on LOT 9, CITY BLOCK 351, on property <br /> belonging to HAYDEN SWAIM, so as to include in such ONE <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DiSTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT-COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (9) the hereiriafter <br /> described property, which was formerly and is presently <br /> designated as an AGRICULTt1RAL DISTRICT (A), and that the <br /> boundaries of said ONE FAMiLY llWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) <br /> AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPr1ENT (9), be, <br /> and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City <br /> of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part <br /> of the Joseph Leach Survey #524, and being a part of <br /> a 152.21 acre tract of land conveyed Leslie Echols by <br /> deed recorded in Volume 309, Page 603, of the Deed <br /> Records of said County and State <br /> Beginning at an iron pin for corner in the North <br /> Boundary Line of Loop Hwy 286, said point being <br /> iVorth 55 Degrees 02 Minutes East a distance of 14.7 <br /> teet from the Southeast corner of a 2.054 acre tract <br /> of land conveyed New Hope Baptist Church of Paris by <br /> Deed recorded in Volume! 604, Page 134, of said Deed <br /> Records. <br /> THENCE along the East Boundary Line of a 15 foot <br /> Sewer Easement as follows: North 16 Degrees 49 <br /> Minutes West 528 feet to an iron pin; North 17 <br /> Begrees 25 Minutes West 502.9 feet to an iron pin for <br /> corner; <br /> THENCE North 73 Degrees 11 Minutes East a <br /> distance of 255.3 teet to an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE South 16 Degrees 49 Minutes East a <br /> distance of 926 feet to an iron pin for corner; <br />
