AN ORDINANCE AMENDING 'LUNING ORDINANCE N0. 87-070 WHICH
AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE Ivo. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE;
PRUVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL GF A SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL 13, 1992.
BE IT OKDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 87-070 of
the City of Paris be amer,ded so that such shall read as
follows:
"Section 2. The site plan, including the
drainage plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is
approved."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
April 13, 1992.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of April, 1992.
