AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY
UF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDAKIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLiSHING A TWO FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT (2F) ON LOT G, BLOCK 2,HARLAN HEIGHTS ADDITION, ON
PROPERTY BELUNGING TO LOUIS YATES, JR., SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
TERRITURY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT
N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO FAMILY
UWELLING DISTRICT (2F) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CtTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map ancl Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a TWO
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), be, and the same is hereby
established on LOT 2, BLOCK 2, HARLAN HEIGHTS ADDITION, on
property belonging to LOUIS YATES, JR., so as to include in such
TWG FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT' (2F) the hereinafter described
property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(SF-2), and that the boundaries of
said TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICI (2F), be, and the same are
hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits af the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
being Lot 2, Block 2, Harlan Heights Addition located
at 1151 16th Street N.E.
Section 2. That the Birector of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the pravisioris of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances end parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shalt become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Cour,cil of the City of Paris,
in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the llth day af Niay, 1992.
