OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNllARIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOME (39)
RESTRICTED TO CHARLES K. RIDENS' FAMILY USAGE ON LOT 6, BLOCK 5,
SNIITH lst ADDITION, ON PROPER.TY BELONGING TO CHARLES R. RIDENS,
SO AS TU INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3); AND DESIGNATING THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND
SPECIFIC USE PERMTT-MOBILE HOME (39) RESTRICTED TO CHARLES R.
RIDENS' FAMILY USAGE SO ESTABL,ISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE
FAMILY DWELLING UISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERriIT-NIUBILE HOME (39) RESTRICTED TO CHARLES R. RIDENS' FAMILY
USAGE, be, ancâ–º the same is hereby established on LOT 6, BLOCK 5,
SMITH lst ADDITION, on property belonging to CHARLES R. RIDENS,
so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3
(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOME (39) RESTRICTED TO
CHARLES R. RIUENS' FAMILY USAGE the hereinafter described
property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NU. 3(SF-3), and that the boundaries of
said ONE FAr1ILY DWELLING DIST'RICT NQ. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT-MOBILE HOME (39) RESTRICTED TO CHARLES R. RIDENS' FAMILY
USAGE, be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
being Lot 6, Block 5, Smith lst Addition located at
1580 llth Street N.W.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordatYCe with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this orcfinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the Ilth day of May, 1992.
