AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY UF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
TWO FAMILY llWELLING DISTRICT (2F) ON LOT 24, BLOCK 2,
SPERRY'S T'HIRD ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO ALTUN
HESS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED
A5 A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND
DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO FAMILY llWELLING
DISTRICT (2F) SO ESTABLISHEU.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Qrdinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DiSTRICT (2F), be, and the
same is hereby established on LOT 24, BLOCK 2, SPERRY'S
THIRD ADDITION, on property belonging to ALTON HESS, so as
to include in such TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) the
hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is
presently designated as d ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT' N0. 2
(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said TWO FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT (2F), be, and the same are hereby established as
follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being Lot 24, Block 2, Sperry's Third
Addition
Section l. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
ima,ediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 13th day of July, 1992.
