<br /> AN ORDiNANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
<br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
<br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
<br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOTS 3 AND 4, CITY BLOCK 249, ON
<br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO JERRY PITCOCK, SO AS TO INCLUDE
<br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A GENERAL RETAIN
<br /> DISTRICT (GR); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
<br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED.
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> PARIS:
<br />
<br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br /> by the Zoning Map and Urdinance No. 1710 of the City of
<br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
<br /> and that a CONIMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same is
<br /> hereby established on LOTS 3 AND 4, CITY BLOCK 249, on
<br /> property belonging to JERRY PITCOCK, so as to include in
<br /> such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) the hereinafter described
<br /> property, which was formerly and is presently designated as
<br /> a GENERAL RETAIN DISTRICT (GR), and that the boundaries of
<br /> said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same are hereby
<br /> established as follows:
<br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the
<br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
<br /> Texas, and being Lots 3 and 4, City Block 249, in
<br /> the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and more
<br /> particularly described as follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at a point in the South Boundary
<br /> "Line of Lamar Avenue, said point being East, 75
<br /> feet from the East Bouridary Line of 24th Street
<br /> S.E., and said point being the Northwest corner of
<br /> Lot 3, City Block 249;
<br /> THENCE East with the South Boundary Line of
<br /> Lamar Avenue, 110 feet to a point, the Northeast
<br /> corner of Lot 4, City Block 249;
<br /> THENCE South, 175 feet to a point, the
<br /> Southeast corner of said Lot 4;
<br /> THENCE West, 110 feet to a point, the
<br /> Southwest corner of said Lot 3;
<br /> THENCE North, 175 feet to the place of
<br /> beginning.
<br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
<br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
<br /> change the Zoning Map af the City of Paris in accordatlce
<br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
<br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
<br /> provisions of this ordinance.
<br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts ot ordinances in
<br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
<br /> immediately upon passage.
<br /> Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
<br /> Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room,
<br /> City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the lOth day of September,
<br /> 1992.
