92-034 ORD PROVIDING CODE OF ORDINANCES BE AMENDED BY REVISING TRAFFIC CONTROL MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE
ORDINANCE N0. 92-034
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE
AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC CON'TROL MAP ADOPTED IN
PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR A
PENALTY NOT TU EXCEED $200.00; KEPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER 1, 1992.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the Traffic Control Map adopted in
Paragraph (b) of Section 31-65 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to remove the
following stop signs:
"On the un-named alley intersecting the 3200 block
of Mahaftey Street.
On the un-named alley intersecting the 3200 block
of Clark Lane."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemearior, and upon
conviction sha11 be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
October 1, 1992.
