AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE
PEP.MIT-DAY CARE CENTER (25) ON LOTS 13 and 14, BLOCK 2,
GIBBONS PARK ADDITION, UN PROPERTY BELONGING TO WANDA SUE
STEPHENS, SO AS TO 1NCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND
DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-DAY CARE CENTER (25)
SO ESTAl3LISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zariing Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC
USE PERMIT-DAY CARE CENTER (25), be, and the same is hereby
established on LOTS 13 and 14, BLOCK 2, GIBBONS PARK
ADDITION, on property belonging to WANDA SUE STEPHENS, so as
to include in such TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-DAY CARE CENTER (25) the hereinafter
described property, which was formerly and is presently
designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that
the boundaries of said TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND
SPECIFtC USE PER1v1IT-DAY CARE CENTER (25), be, and the same
are hereby established as follows:
Situated withirâ–º the corporate limits of the
City af Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being Lots 13 and 14, Block 2, Gibbons
Park Addition.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. Al1 ordinarces and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 14th day of September,
1992.
