ORDINANCE N0. 92-039 AN ORLINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 90-012, PASSED ON THE 9TH DAY OF APRIL, 1990, PERMITTING TIME SECURE AND TO SELL OR SUBMIT A PLAN TO RESTORE THE STRUCTURE OTHERWISE DECLARED DILAPIDATED AT 265 SOUTH MAIN STREET, LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 179A, BELONGING TO SYBIL K. COLSON AND WILLIAM A. BROWN, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF SEPTENIBER 14, 1992. WHEREAS, Joe McCollum, Director of Community Develop- ment, appeared before the City Council at its Regular Meeting on the 10th day of September, 1992, and requested that Sybil K. Colson and William A. Brown be permitted to submit a plan to restore or remove the structure heretofore declared to be dilap- idated at 265 South Main Street, Lot l, City Block 179A, as the structure is under new ownership; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the Citq of Paris deems it to be in the best interest of the City of Faris that its citizens, Sybil K. Colson and William A. Brown, be given 10 days in which to secure the building and if secured, they be permitted to give 30 days to restore or remove the structure at number 265 South Main Street, Lot 1, City Block 179A; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINEll BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. Sybil K. Colson and William A. Brown be given an extension of 10 days to secure and if secured to be permitted an additional 30 days, beginning September 14, 1992, to submit a plan to restore or remove the structure at 265 South Main Street, Lot l, City Block 179A. Section 2. A11 ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are expressly repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on September 14, 1992.
