AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING
T'HAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE ANIENDED BY
REVISING PARAGRAPH (b), SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR
NO THROUGH TRUCK TRAFFIC; PROVIDING FOR A PENALT'Y NOT TO EXCEED
$200.00; REPEALING ALL URDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVID:ING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER
1, 1992.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI'CY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the T'raffic Control Map adopted in
Paragraph (b), Section 31-65 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the following
No Through Truck Trattic:
"On Brown Avenue from ist Street S.W. to 3rd
Street S.W."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon
conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shatl become effective on
October 1, 1992.
