AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT
DAY CARE CENTER (25) ON LOT 12, CITY BLOCK 227-E, ON
PROPERTY BELONGING TO DEIDRE KINCAID, SO AS TO INCLUDE
THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAr1ILY
DWELLING DISTRICT (2F'); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF
THE TWO FANIILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) ANll SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT UAY CARE CENTER (25) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC
USE PERMIT DAY CARE CENTER (25), be, and the same is hereby
established on LOT 12, CITY BLOCK 227-E, on property
belonging to DEIDRE KINCAID, so as to include in such TWO
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) ANll SPECIFIC USE PERMIT DAY
CARE CENTER (25) the hereinafter described property, which
was formerly and is presently ciesignated as a TWO FAMILY
DWELLING DISTKICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said TWO
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT DAY
CARE CENTER (25), be, and the same are hereby established as
follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being Lot 12, City Block 227-E in the
City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas and more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the South Boundary
Line of East Cherry Street, said point being West
188 feet from the West Boundary Line of 20th
Street T1.E. ;
THENCE South 200 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE West, SO feet to a point for corner;
THENCE North, 200 feet to a point in the
South Boundary Line of East Cherry Street for
corner;
THENCE East along the South Boundary Line of
East Cherry Street, 50 feet to the place of
beginning.
Section 2. That the L`irector of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change
the Zoning Map of the City oi Paris in accordance with the
provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map
accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions
of this ordinance.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session cc>nvened, in the Council Room, City
Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 9th day of November, 1992.
