AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRIC,T N0. 2(SF-2) ON LOT 4, BLOCK B,
SUNRISE ESTATES, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CHAD BROWN, SO AS
TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A GENERAL
RETAIL DISTRICT (GR); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDAKIES OF THE
ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and
that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), be, and the
same is hereby established on LOT 4, BLOCK B, SUNRISE
ESTATES, on property belonging to CHAD BROWN, so as to
include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) the
hereiriafter described property, which wa.s formerly and is
presently designated as a GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), and
that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0.
2(SF-2), be, anci the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being Lot 4, Block B, Sunrise Estates
Addition to the City of Paris.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisioris of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, atid in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular sess:ion convened, in the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 14th day of December,
1992.
